Double Deflection Grille

DD – DOUBLE DEFLECTION FRAME
DD Grilles are manufactured of extruded type anodising grade aluminium. The SD has individually adjustable horizontal and rear vertical louvres.
The two sets of individually adjustable louvres with or without OBD?s, allow these grilles to provide maximum flexibility of adjustments for spread and throw requirements. The multi directional flexibility allows multi-directional air supply.

Weather Louvre
Product Description
WL – WEATHER LOUVRE
WL Grilles manufactured with of extruded type anodising grade aluminium. The fixed horizontal blades are held in place by aluminium pop rivets.
The louvres are fitted with wire mesh as a standard. PVC mesh and Insect mesh can be fitted on request. They can be used as supply or return air grilles.

The blade spacing is varied slightly to ensure that top and bottom blades fit flush with the frame. For weather louvres smaller than 250 x 250 we would recommend using the small profile blade (WLP), with a 30mm frame.
Weather Louvre With Hinged Door
Product Description
WLFF – WEATHER LOUVRE WITH HINGED FRAME
This grille consists of a fixed outer frame and a hinged inner frame with grille core. The filter media is positioned inside the outer frame behind the hinged grille section. The grille section is held closed by hidden clips. A handle can be provided for the opening and closing of the grille. The outer frame is a 50mm frame and the inner frame is a 30mm frame depending on size of the grille

Disk Valves
The Disc valve is manufactured from sheet steel and is powder coated to standard white (RAL9010). The air valve has a lockable central cone which is rotated to adjust the pressure and consequently the air volume.
